Apartment 49 sq. m. Through the efforts of the designers, it has turned into a studio decorated in an unusual, creative way - in accordance with the character of its owner.

Plan

The main idea is to transform apartment in bright colors in a free space in which there is a lot of light and air. No major redevelopment was needed: the partitions that formed the corridor and “ate up” part of the area were removed, due to which it was possible to enlarge the bathroom. One of the doors apartments in pastel colors replaced with a glass partition.

They did not separate the kitchen, dining room and living room, they form a single space. IN apartment 49 sq. m. 9 sq. m., while there are no walls between the bedroom and the living room: curtains help to create the feeling of an isolated room.

Materials (edit)

For finishing apartments in pastel colors exclusively natural materials were used. Brickwork - imitation with plaster. The floor is made of oak planks artificially aged and tinted gray, which allows it not to stand out from the general background. The textiles in the project are also natural, in a natural color - this is coarse linen, practically without processing.

IN apartment 49 sq. m. there is quite a lot of it: two “walls” are made of it, fencing off the sleeping area, it is also used as curtains and for upholstery of the sofa in the living room area. Apartment in bright colors it is designed in almost one color - gray, this made it possible to remove borders as much as possible, visually expand the room.

Kitchen

The owner of the apartment is a man, cooking is not his “strong point”, so the kitchen turned out to be very unusual. Plywood modules have appeared in the cooking area. They are easy to move around and can form an additional table, or form an “island” in the middle of the kitchen. They can be “diluted” in different corners and even rearranged to another zone. A similar principle was used by designers in apartment 49 sq. m. when arranging the hallway.

Bedroom

To make breathing easier, the bed is separated from the living room not by walls, but by linen curtains. They also serve as a screen for a home theater, equipped with small speakers with high-quality sound and decorated in a minimalist style, very suitable for the overall design of the apartment.

Bathroom

Bath room in this apartment in bright colors also very light, retro-style white sanitary ware softly stands out against the gray “brickwork”, closed on top by tempered glass.
